The process of installing solar panels has become a common procedure for many homeowners, given the fact that such systems cover the electricity and heat needs of entire households. Moreover, people with very powerful photo-voltaic panels actually get to sell the energy they produce to the utility agencies, thus contributing to the reduction of the fuel combustion for energy generation.
Depending on the house specificity, installing solar panels could be more or less challenging. It is good to consider the fact that for a house under construction it is good to install the solar panels on the roof during the finishing process. Continue reading →

Solar panels are complex modules of photo-voltaic cells. If you break down that word, ‘photo-voltaic’ it literally means light (photo) – electricity (voltaic). These photo-voltaic cells accumulate sun energy and turn it into electricity. Though the system may seem very complex, from the technical point of view things are not difficult at all.
Depending on the necessity of the user, the solar panels vary in size according to the number of photo-voltaic modules that they incorporate. Modules are held together by special wiring systems and they function as a field unit. Continue reading →
